By accessing and using our websites, platforms, and services (including SSO, training, and job matching), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

通过访问和使用我们的网页、平台及服务（包括统一登录、培训与就业匹配），您即表示接受本使用条款。如不同意，请立即停止使用服务。

2. Scope of Services / 服务范围

We provide:

Unified login (SSO) for platform access
Online and offline training programmes (especially for Persons with Disabilities, PWD)
Job matching and placement support
Pet care information and community activities

我们提供：

统一登录系统（SSO）以访问平台
为残障人士（PWD）等用户提供的线上与线下培训项目
就业匹配与安置支持服务
宠物照护与社区活动等信息内容

3. User Registration & Responsibilities / 用户注册与责任

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. PWD applicants must ensure uploaded documents (e.g., NRIC, disability certification) are genuine.

用户须提供准确、最新的个人资料。申请残障会员的用户必须确保其上传的文件（如NRIC、残障证明）真实有效。

4. Account Use / 账户使用

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your credentials or impersonate others.

您应妥善保管账户信息，不得与他人共享或冒用他人身份使用服务。

5. Prohibited Conduct / 禁止行为

You must not:

Submit false or misleading information
Share login credentials
Copy, distribute or reuse training materials without permission
Tamper with system security or access unauthorized data
Harass or discriminate against other users (especially PWD trainees)
Violate any Singapore laws using the platform

禁止行为包括：

提交虚假或误导性资料
与他人共享账户信息
未经授权复制、传播或使用课程内容
干扰系统安全或访问未授权资料
骚扰或歧视其他用户（特别是残障学员）
使用平台进行任何违法活动

6. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

All materials and branding are owned by the platform and its partners unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

除非另有说明，平台所有内容与品牌均为平台及其合作方所有。未经授权不得使用。

7. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability / 服务可用性与免责声明

We provide services “as-is” without guarantee of continuous access or outcomes such as job placement. We are not liable for losses from interruptions or third-party content.

本平台按“现状”提供服务，不保证持续可用性或结果（如获得工作岗位）。因服务中断或用户内容引发的损失，我们概不负责。

8. Account Termination / 账户终止

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or engaging in misconduct, without prior notice.

对于违反条款或存在不当行为的账户，我们有权在不另行通知的情况下暂停或终止使用权。

9. Governing Law / 管辖法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.

本条款受新加坡法律管辖。如有争议，将提交新加坡法院处理。
